Steve Connelly, President, began his career in the
printing industry in 1981. In 1995 he launched his own
printing distributorship specializing in traditional
business forms, labels and commercial printing. Steve is an
active member of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, the National
Business Forms Association and the IBSA. He has also been
recognized nationally and has won numerous awards for his
work in creative forms design, including the gold award for
the industries best-designed business form.

Matt Hustedt,
Vice President, began his printing career in 1997 and
joined Performance in 2004. Matt has extensive exerience in
labels, flexible packaging and film products. Matt also
works on various RFID labeling solutions, and introduces
clients to this new technology to help them achieve more
efficiency in the labeling and tracking of their products.
Matt became a partner at Performance in 2006. |

Terry
Morrison, COO, comes to Performance with an extensive
40-year background in successful direct business-to-business
sales, operations and sales management. Terry’s experience
in business forms, labels, direct mail, packaging and print
production brings a wealth of knowledge to the Performance
team. Terry’s leadership skills and operational management
experiences are key as we place the right talent-to-task
teammates in the right seats on the Performance team. |

The Performance Sales Team

Larry Heiman
began his printing career in 1968 working in the pressroom
for a publisher in Salem, S.D. His experience has taken him
from a press operator to pressroom supervisor working in all
facets of print production including sheet fed, letterpress
and web press production. Larry came to Performance in 1998
as a sales rep and is currently serving clients in the rural
Nebraska areas. Larry expertise is in working with rural
co-ops, agri-grain companies and the trucking industry.
Larry is also a certified medical forms specialist working
closely with hospitals and clinics. |

Rick Skavdahl
has been with Performance since its inception in 1995.
He began his career in the printing industry over 40 years
ago – working with one of the top printing companies in the
nation. Rick’s expertise is in traditional business forms,
printing and labels. Rick also has experience in sales
training, sales management and has worked with several
members of the Performance sales team to help them better
understand the printing industry. Rick has now also taken on
the additional responsibility of the Performance shipping,
receiving and warehouse operation. |

David Kudrna
began his vast IT career as a Computer Specialist in the
Navy in the early 70s and has been actively involved in all
aspects of Information Technology with a focus on Document
Management, eForms, Workflow, and dynamic output. Other
specialties include business process analysis, compliant
labels, RFID, and label applications. Dave offers a broad
wealth of cross-industry knowledge and the ability to bring
true value to his clients through integration and
implementation of total solutions. |

Dale Galusha
began his forms career with a national business forms
company back in the early 80s. His experience includes an
extensive knowledge of traditional business forms, labels,
print production and specialty products. Dale’s expertise is
in providing solutions to the various organizations
affiliated with the healthcare industry. Dale offices out of
Lincoln, NE. |

The Performance Support Team
|

June Ocha,
Customer Service, has in excess of 20 years experience
in the customer service / sales support arena. Currently,
June provides sales support to several members of the
Performance sales team, and works with many of our clients
on an individual basis to process and expedite orders. June
also assists many of the Performance clients with our
on-line inventory management system. Many clients enjoy
working with June because of her pleasant personality. |

Deb Sewell
has been in various customer service related capacities for
over 30 years. Her position at Performance is to provide
support to our Vice President of Sales and to work closely
with some of our largest clients. Deb maintains a consistent
and courteous involvement with many of our clients from
initial order entry through product delivery and sustains
the highest commitment to serve our customers promptly and
accurately. |
